1. Nature of Service

• This platform is dedicated to interactive auctions on real products.
• Participation is done using purchased credits (TiKs) allocated for auctions.

2. Credit (TiKs)

• Each bid automatically deducts 1 TiK from your balance.
• Used credits in auctions are non-refundable.
• TiKs are not considered currency and cannot be exchanged or refunded as cash.

3. Auction System

• No new participants are allowed after the auction starts.
• Credits are deducted automatically whenever it’s your turn in the sequence.
• The user is excluded if their balance runs out.
• The last 3 participants can add more TiKs in the final phase.
• The last remaining participant wins the auction.
• The winner only pays the final auction price and receives the product.
• Remaining TiKs are automatically refunded to the winner's balance.

4. Responsibility

• Participation in auctions is at your own responsibility.
• We do not guarantee winning for any user.
• We are not responsible for credit loss due to participation.

5. Accounts

• You must use accurate and real information when registering.
• Creating more than one account per person is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend any violating account.

6. Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
• Your continued use of the site after changes implies your acceptance.
